01 "An Act exempting the University of Alaska from the administrative adjudication                                         
02 provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act; and providing for an effective                                          
03 date."                                                                                                                  
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  AS 44.62.330(a)(45) is repealed.                                                                       
06    * Sec. 2.  TRANSITION.  A university administrative action ongoing on the effective date                             
07 of this Act shall continue to its conclusion under the procedures being followed before the                             
08 effective date of this Act.                                                                                             
09     Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
