AS 16.05.340(a)(24) is amended to read: 04  (24) Nonresident king salmon tag -- valid for the period inscribed on 05 the tag 06  (A) for one-day or three-day tag . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 5 07  (B) for 14-day tag . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .10 08  (C) annual tag . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .20 [$20]. 09 A nonresident may not engage in sport fishing for king salmon without having a valid 10 [THE CURRENT YEAR'S] king salmon tag in the person's actual possession. 11 * Sec. 2. AS 16.05.350 is amended to read: 12  Sec. 16.05.350. EXPIRATION OF LICENSES AND TAGS. Licenses and tags 13 required under AS 16.05.330 - 16.05.430, except biennial licenses, the nonresident 14 special sport fishing license, the resident trapping license, the one, three, or 14-day 01 nonresident king salmon tag, and the waterfowl conservation tag, expire at the close 02 of December 31 following issuance. Biennial licenses expire after December 31 of the 03 year following the year of issuance. The resident trapping license expires at the close 04 of September 30 of the year following the year in which the license is issued. The 05 waterfowl conservation tag expires at the close of January 31 of the year following the 06 year of issue of the tag.
