(a) The sum of $99,795,200 is appropriated from the general fund to the Alaska 10 debt retirement fund (AS 37.15.011). 11 (b) The sum of $99,795,200 is appropriated from the Alaska debt retirement fund 12 (AS 37.15.011) to the Department of Education for state aid for costs of school construction 13 under AS 14.11.100. 14 * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect July 1, 1993.
