Title "An Act limiting the award of good time and restricting release on mandatory parole for prisoners serving certain sentences who fail to attain certain minimum educational standards; providing that prisoners having attained or attaining those educational standards receive good time awards and availability of release on mandatory parole of one-third of the term or terms of imprisonment rounded off to the nearest day; and providing for an effective date."
