- Title "An Act establishing the Alaska public broadcasting trust fund as a trust fund of the state, and providing for its administration; relating to credits against certain taxes for contributions to the Alaska public broadcasting trust fund; increasing the amounts that may be claimed as credits against certain state taxes, and precluding claims of the contributions as both credits and deductions against the taxes; and terminating the credits authorized by this Act at the end of five years; and providing for an effective date."
