CHAIR  BERT STEDMAN  called  the  Senate Transportation  Standing                                                             
Committee meeting  to order at 1:29  p.m. Present at the  call to                                                               
order were Senators Egan, Wilson, Bishop, and Chair Stedman.

CHAIR STEDMAN announced  the consideration of SB 33.  He said the                                                               
bill  was  previously  heard  on February  14,  2017  and  public                                                               
testimony was taken.

SENATOR  EGAN  moved   to  report  SB  33   from  committee  with                                                               
individual recommendations and attached fiscal notes.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  STEDMAN  announced  that  without  objection,  SB  33  was
