CHAIRMAN GREEN called the Senate State Affairs Committee to order              
at 4:05 p.m., and noted the presence of Senators Ward, Mackie and              
Green.                                                                         
                                                                               
       CSHB 481(STA) - PERMANENT FUND DIVIDENDS FOR ESTATES                    
                                                                               
CHAIRMAN GREEN brought CSHB 481(STA) before the committee as the               
first order of business.  There being no testimony or questions on             
the legislation, CHAIRMAN GREEN requested a motion to move the bill            
out of committee.                                                              
                                                                               
SENATOR MACKIE moved that CSHB 481(STA) be passed out of committee             
with individual recommendations.  Hearing no objection, it was so              
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
    CSHCR 35(STA) - ESTAB JT. TASK FORCE CENSUS/REDISTRICTING                  
                                                                               
CHAIRMAN GREEN brought CSHCR 35(STA) before the committee as the               
final order of business.  There being no questions or testimony on             
the legislation, CHAIRMAN GREEN asked for the will of the                      
committee.                                                                     
                                                                               
SENATOR WARD moved CSHCR 35(STA) be passed out of committee with               
individual recommendations.  Hearing no objection, it was so                   
ordered.
