ACTION NARRATIVE SSTA - 5/5/95 TAPE 95-23, SIDE A Number 001 SB 118 TAX CREDIT: GIFTS TO PUBLIC BROADCASTING CHAIRMAN SHARP calls the Senate State Affairs Committee to order at 8:40 a.m. and brings up SB 118 as the first order of business before the committee. Number 015 SENATOR LEMAN states he wants to hear testimony giving a commitment that this [version R?] is the version that will be promoted, and that there will not be an attempt to change the bill after it leaves the Senate State Affairs Committee. CHAIRMAN SHARP asks if there is anyone present at the meeting who would care to testify to that effect. Hearing no comment, Chairman Sharp asks what Senator Phillip's pleasure is. Number 028 SENATOR RANDY PHILLIPS makes a motion to recess to a call of the chair. Number 036 CHAIRMAN SHARP states at 8:42 a.m. that the Senate State Affairs Committee will be recessed to a call of the chair.
