CHAIR  JOHN COWDERY  called the  Senate Rules  Standing Committee                                                             
meeting  to  order  at  9:37:57 AM.  Present  were  Senators  Ben                                                             
Stevens, Gary Stevens, Ellis, and Chair Cowdery.                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
                 SB 100-ENHANCED 911 SURCHARGES                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR COWDERY announced SB 100 to be up for consideration.

SENATOR  ELLIS moved  to adopt  CSSB 100(RLS),  version N.  There                                                               
were no objections and it was so ordered.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR GARY STEVENS moved to  pass CSSB 100(RLS) from committee.
