SENATOR PHILLIPS moved to calendar SB 208-FARMED SALMON DISCLOSURES With its zero fiscal note. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 210-LIMITS ON RIGHT TO PRIVACY with its zero fiscal note. SENATOR ELLIS objected. The motion to calendar SB 210 carried with Senators Therriault, Phillips, Cowdery and Pearce voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting "nay." SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SJR 28-INFO ABOUT LONG-TERM CARE  INSURANCE. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar CSHB 214(L&C)-CIVIL ACTION  AGAINST MINORS IN BARS. There being no objection, the motion carried. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced that in anticipation of a supplemental calendar, the committee has three more bills to calendar. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 161-TIMELY JUDICIAL DECISIONS/  JUDGES' PAY. SENATOR ELLIS objected. The motion to calendar SB 161 carried with Senators Therriault, Phillips, Cowdery and Pearce voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting "nay." SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 169-HATE CRIMES: AUTOMATIC  WAIVER OF MINORS. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 218-AIRPORTS:  BONDS/CONSTR.FUND/FACILITY CHARGES. There being no objection, the motion carried. There being no further business to come before the committee, CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE adjourned the meeting at 1:27 p.m.
