SENATOR PHILLIPS moved to calendar SJR 30-HIGHWAY RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN  FEDERAL AREAS. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR PHILLIPS moved to calendar SB 193-APPROP:STUDY EFFECTS OF  PERM FUND DIVIDEND. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR ELLIS moved to calendar SJR 27-NATIONAL GUARD ARMORY IN  JUNEAU. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SCS CSHB 127(TRA)-AVIATION &  AIRCRAFT EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT. There being no objection, the motion carried. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced that the committee does not have the capital budget in its possession and that she assumes it will be scheduled on April 30, 2001.
