SENATOR PHILLIPS  moved to calendar SJR 30-HIGHWAY  RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN                                                        
FEDERAL AREAS.  There being no objection, the motion carried.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PHILLIPS  moved to calendar  SB 193-APPROP:STUDY  EFFECTS OF                                                        
PERM FUND DIVIDEND.   There being no objection, the  motion carried.
