Chairwoman Pearce announced that SB 99 was in committee packets but it has already been scheduled for calendaring. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 154-REPEAL SUNSET OF MENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANCE with its accompanying fiscal notes and asked for unanimous consent. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 158-REPORT:STATE PARTICIPATE  IN NAT GAS PIPE. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SSHB 34-RULE AGAINST  PERPETUITIES/PROP. INTERESTS and asked for unanimous consent. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR ELLIS noted that he is a cross sponsor on HB 156-MUNICIPAL  DEBT FOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS and moved to calendar it. There being no objection, the motion carried. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar all Senate versions of CSHJR 22(RLS). There being no objection, the motion carried.
