ACTION NARRATIVE TAPE 01-5, SIDE A  Number 001 CHAIRWOMAN DRUE PEARCE called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order at 11:09 a.m. Present were Senators Ellis, Phillips and Pearce. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced that a committee substitute for SB 37- PHYSICIAN NEGOTIATIONS WITH HEALTH INSURER had been adopted by the Senate Finance Committee. Senator Therriault joined the committee. SENATOR THERRIAULT moved to calendar all versions of SB 37. There being no objection, the motion carried. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced that SB 48-MUNICIPALITIES: INCORP  /PROPERTY VALUATION by Senator Wilken was before the committee. SENATOR PHILLIPS moved to calendar all versions of SB 48 for floor action. There being no objection, the motion carried. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced that SB 60-FARM OPERATIONS:DISCLOSURE  /NUISANCES by Senator Green was before the committee. SENATOR THERRIAULT moved to calendar all versions of SB 60. There being no objection, the motion carried. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced that SSSB 76-RIGHT-OF-WAY LEASING ACT by Senator Therriault was before the committee. SENATOR THERRIAULT moved SSSB 76 for the purpose of calendaring. There being no objection, the motion carried. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced that SB 88-METROPOLITAN PLANNING  ORGANIZATIONS was before the committee. SENATOR PHILLIPS moved to calendar SB 88. There being no objection, the motion carried. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE informed members that she expects to have the operating budget [HB 103] before the Senate Rules Committee tomorrow. There being no further business to come before the committee, CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE adjourned the meeting at 11:14 a.m.
