ACTION NARRATIVE TAPE 01-3, SIDE A  Number 001 CHAIRWOMAN DRUE PEARCE called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order at 11:25 a.m. Present were Senators Phillips, Therriault, Ellis and Pearce. SENATOR PHILLIPS moved to calendar SB 93-ARCTIC WINTER GAMES TEAM  ALASKA TRUST. SENATOR ELLIS objected and asked if the original fiscal note applies to this bill. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE answered that SB 93 is not an appropriations bill and explained that capitalization will occur at some future date after the trust is set up. SENATOR ELLIS removed his objection. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced that, without objection, SB 93 would be calendared. SENATOR THERRIAULT moved to calendar SB 119-WILLIAM R. WOOD  FAIRBANKS INTL AIRPORT. There being no objection, the motion carried. CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE noted that because Inhalants and Poisons Awareness Week will begin March 18, it will be calendared today. SENATOR THERRIAULT moved to calendar CSHCR 6(HES)am-INHALANTS AND  POISONS AWARENESS WEEKS. There being no objection, the motion carried. There being no further business to come before the committee, CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE adjourned the meeting.
