CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 11:45 a.m.  Present were Senators Leman, Miller and Kelly.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all versions of SCR 12-SOBRIETY                                                                 
AWARENESS MONTH, with individual recommendations and accompanying                                                               
fiscal notes, for calendaring at the Chairman's discretion.  There

SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all versions of HCR 15-                                                                         
DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY AWARENESS MONTH, with individual                                                                       
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes, at the Chairman's
