SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 33-TASK FORCE ON PRIVATIZATION for calendaring. SENATOR ELLIS objected. The motion to calendar carried with Senators Leman, Pearce, Miller, and Kelly voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting "nay." SENATOR LEMAN moved SCR 7-TULSEQUAH CHIEF MINE for calendaring. SENATOR ELLIS objected. The motion carried with Senators Miller, Pearce, Kelly, and Leman voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting "nay." There being no further business to come before the committee, CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 11:47 a.m.
