CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order              
at 2:48 p.m., and noted the presence of Senators Taylor, Leman,                
Torgerson, Duncan and Kelly.                                                   
                                                                               
SENATOR TAYLOR moved and asked unanimous consent CSHB 261(FIN) am -            
LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING SURCHARGE be approved for calendaring at              
the discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so                  
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
SENATOR TAYLOR moved and asked unanimous consent CSHB 373(RES) -               
FOREST RESOURCES be approved for calendaring at the discretion of              
the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.                           
                                                                               
CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 297 - BREAST-FEEDING before the committee            
and noted there was a proposed Rules CS for the committee's                    
consideration.                                                                 
                                                                               
SENATOR TAYLOR moved the adoption of CSSB 297(RLS).  Hearing no                
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
SENATOR TAYLOR moved and asked unanimous consent CSSB 297(RLS) be              
approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.  Hearing
