  CHAIRMAN KELLY  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order           
 at 10:27 a.m., and noted the presence of Senators Leman, Togerson             
 and Kelly.                                                                    
                                                                               
  CHAIRMAN KELLY  outlined the committee agenda and requested                  
 calendaring motions on the legislation.                                       
                                                                               
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved  HB 91  (EXTEND BOARD OF PAROLE) be approved for        
 calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection,            
 it was so ordered.                                                            
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved  HB 138  (BOARD OF STORAGE TANK ASSISTANCE) be          
 approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair.  Hearing             
 no objection, it was so ordered.                                              
                                                                               
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved  HJR 16  (SUPPORT FEDERAL BALANCED BUDGET               
 AMENDMENT) be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the               
 Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
