  CHAIRMAN KELLY  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order           
 at 11:32 a.m.                                                                 
                                                                               
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN KELLY brought  SB 35  (MANAGEMENT OF PARKS & RECREATIONAL            
 AREAS) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for             
 the pleasure of the committee.                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 35 be approved for calendaring at the                  
 discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.            
                                                                               
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN KELLY brought  SB 64  (SHUYAK ISLAND STATE PARK) before the          
 committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of the
