He directed attention to a proposed Rules CS that adds a new Section 5, which allows an index system designed so the public may find documents by location, as well as by names of grantors and grantees. Also, Section 7 was added to correct some technical problems contained in the original bill. SENATOR PEARCE moved adoption of CSSB 283(RLS).
