  CHAIRMAN MILLER  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order          
 at 1:30 p.m.                                                                  
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 112  (DISCOVERY ROYALTY CREDIT) before            
 the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of           
 the committee.                                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent SB 112 be approved            
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.                    
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 163  (APPROVE U OF A DEBT FOR STUDENT             
 HOUSING) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for           
 the pleasure of the committee.                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR SALO moved and asked unanimous consent SB 163 be approved
