  CHAIRMAN MILLER  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order          
 at 12:47 p.m.                                                                 
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 134  (ATWOOD CHAIR OF JOURNALISM AT U OF          
 AA) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the            
 pleasure of the committee.                                                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent SB 134 be approved            
 for calendaring.  SENATOR DUNCAN objected.  CHAIRMAN MILLER stated            
 SB 134 would be held until the next meeting of the committee.                 
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 197  (INS:DOMESTIC VIOL. VICTIMS &                
 DISCLOSURES) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked
