She stated the Senate Finance Committee changed the Board of Marine Pilots date to June 30, 1996, which does not conform with SB 130 (MARINE PILOTS), which is on the House calendar on May 9. Hearing no objection, CHAIRMAN MILLER stated the committee had rescinded its previous action. CHAIRMAN MILLER stated the committee would stand in recess until the following morning so that further research could be done on the changing of dates in the Finance SCS. The meeting was recessed at 11:12 p.m. CHAIRMAN MILLER called the meeting back to order at 3:33 p.m. on May 9. In attendance were Chairman Miller, Senator Duncan and Senator Sharp.
