 SENATOR RIEGER moved and asked unanimous consent that  SB 382                 
 (MENTAL HEALTH LAND TRUST SETTLEMENT) be approved for calendaring             
 at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it was so                   
 ordered.
