INFO), which had been returned to the Rules Committee from the Senate floor, before the committee as the next order of business. That amendment had been moved by Senator Salo on the Senate floor, but was defeated. He said the easiest way to handle it would be to remove that language from the State Affairs SCS and adopt a Rules SCS. SENATOR JACKO moved that on page 2, lines 2 & 3, and page 2, lines 10 & 11, delete "whose death was caused by an induced abortion." Hearing no objection, the Chairman stated the amendment was adopted and would be incorporated as a Rules SCS.
