CHAIR WAGONER  said he  wanted  to get  all the  available legal                                                                
opinions on the constitutionality and legality  of SB 113 before                                                                
holding  a  meeting on  it.  The  opinions  would be  posted  at                                                                
akrepublicans.org/senres. He  adjourned the  meeting at  3:35:01
