 CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Labor and Commerce Committee                 
 meeting to order at 1:32 p.m.  He announced SB 276, as well as SB             
 229, which is still in the Senate Community & Regional Affairs                
 Committee, would not be taken up and would be rescheduled for the             
 Tuesday, March 19 meeting.

 CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SCS CSHB 158(JUD) before the committee.

 SENATOR MILLER moved SCS CSHB 158(JUD) be passed out of committee             
 with individual recommendations.  Hearing no objection, it was so
