CHAIR GIESSEL stated that the committee was meeting to adopt a                                                                  
Senate Committee on Committees report for the first session of

SENATOR COGHILL moved and asked unanimous consent to adopt the

CHAIR GIESSEL found no objection and announced that the Senate
