     account;  relating to  the  mental  health trust  fund;                                                                    
     relating to  deposits into the dividend  fund; relating                                                                    
     to  the  calculation  and  payment  of  permanent  fund

Co-Chair  Foster  MOVED  to   ADOPT  the  letter  requesting                                                                    
Limited Powers of Conference for  Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 17,                                                                    
and 18 in  the Senate version and Sections 4,  5, 7, 15, and                                                                    
16 of the House version of  SB 26. There being NO OBJECTION,
