GREELY CHAIR LYNN announced that the committee would consider HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 2, Relating to the extension of the Alaska Railroad to Fort Greely to serve the anti-ballistic missile launch facility. Number 0123 REPRESENTATIVE GRUENBERG moved [to rescind the committee's action on 1/28/03 in failing to move HCR 2, as amended, out of committee].
