 Chairman Alan Austerman at 6:21 p.m.  Members present at the call             
 to order were Representatives Ogan, Elton and Moses.                          
                                                                             
 HJR 24 - WASTE IN PACIFIC AND BERING SEA FISHERY

 REPRESENTATIVE CARL MOSES, PRIME SPONSOR, HJR 24, stated that HJR             
 24 and the committee substitute were "noncontroversial" and "self-            
 explanatory" and moved the CSHJR 24(FSH) be passed out of                     
 committee.
