In  response  to  a  question  by  Senator  Hoffman,  Chair  Harris                                                             
clarified that item 21 would be contained in the capital budget.                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator  Green MOVED  TO ADOPT  the proposed  conference committee                                                              
amounts for the Department of Labor and Workforce Development                                                                   
(see motion sheets). There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Cheryl Frasca,  Director, Division of  Management & Budget,  Office                                                             
of the Governor asked for clarification regarding item 1. She                                                                   
clarified that item 1 would be a net $25 thousand. Vice Chair                                                                   
Harris agreed.

amounts for the Department of Revenue (see motion sheets). There                                                                
being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
