CHAIR  WIELECHOWSKI  announced  that  the next  bill  before  the                                                               
committee would be HB 204.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  WIELECHOWSKI asked  if there  were  any questions.  Seeing                                                               
none, he requested a motion to move the bill.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  KOOKESH  moved to  report  HB  204 from  committee  with                                                               
individual  recommendations and  the attached  zero fiscal  note.                                                               
There being  no objection,  HB 204 was  reported from  the Senate                                                               
State Affairs Standing Committee.
