SENATOR ELLIS asked  if HB 515 was sponsored by  the House Finance

SENATOR THERRIAULT  said he  believes it is  a committee  bill. He                                                              
then moved  to approve for calendaring  CSHB 515(FIN) am  with its                                                              
zero fiscal note at the Chairman's discretion.
