SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar  SB 340-HOLD HARMLESS PROVISIONS                                                          
OF  PFD  PROGRAM  with  its  accompanying   fiscal  notes  at  the                                                          
Chairman's discretion.                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  ELLIS   objected.  The   motion  carried  with   Senators                                                              
Therriault,  Cowdery  and Phillips  in  favor, and  Senator  Ellis                                                              
opposed.
