adopted  a committee substitute  for HB  244-RIGHT-OF-WAY TO  DENALI

SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved  to abstain from  voting because  a family                                                            
member is a Kantishna shareholder.                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE announced that  a member can abstain from  voting
