CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced  that a committee substitute for SB  37-                                                        
PHYSICIAN NEGOTIATIONS  WITH HEALTH INSURER had been  adopted by the                                                        
Senate Finance Committee.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Therriault joined the committee.                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved to calendar all versions  of SB 37.  There                                                            
being no objection, the motion carried.
