CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced  that SB 156-BEST INTEREST FINDING UNDER                                                        
AK LAND ACT was  before the committee and that the  Senate Resources                                                        
Committee adopted a committee substitute.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  THERRIAULT  moved  to calendar  SB  156.   There  being  no                                                            
objection, the motion carried.
