CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE  announced  that SB  103-ELECTION  CAMPAIGNS  AND                                                        
LEGISLATIVE ETHICS, sponsored  by Senator Therriault, was before the                                                        
committee.  SB 103 was amended by the Senate Finance Committee.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
There being  no questions, SENATOR  THERRIAULT moved to calendar  SB                                                            
103 with its  attached fiscal note.   With no objection,  the motion                                                            
carried.
