CHAIRMAN KELLY asked what recommendations the Senate Finance                                                                    
Committee members gave on SB 148.  SENATOR MILLER replied one "do                                                               
pass," six "no recommendations," and one "do not pass."                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
The motion to calendar SB 148 carried with Senators Leman, Miller,                                                              
and Chair Kelly voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting "nay."
