CHAIRMAN KELLY announced the committee would hear public testimony                                                              
on CSHJR 12(FIN)-NO FED. CLAIM ON STATE TOBACCO SETTLEMENT.  There                                                              
being no public testimony, SENATOR LEMAN moved CSHJR 12(FIN) for                                                                
calendaring.  The motion carried with no objection.
