CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 210  (INCREASE TOBACCO TAXES) before the          
 committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of the           
 committee.                                                                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent SB 210 be approved            
 for calendaring.  SENATOR PEARCE objected.  The roll was taken with           
 the following result:  Senators Salo, Duncan, Sharp and Miller                
 voted "Yea" and Senator Pearce voted "Nay."  The Chairman stated              
 the calendaring motion carried.
