CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  HB 30  (SCHOOL DRESS CODES) before the               
 committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of the           
 committee.                                                                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent HB 30 be approved            
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
