 There being no discussion, CHAIRMAN MILLER asked for the will of              
 the committee.                                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 92 be                
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
