SENATOR ZHAROFF moved and asked unanimous consent that  CSHJR                 
 50(RES)  (NPFMC COMPREHENSIVE RATIONALIZATION PLAN) be approved for           
 calendaring at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it              
 was so ordered.
