SENATOR ZHAROFF moved and asked unanimous consent that  SB 316                
 (FISHING VIOLATIONS:FINES/BURDEN OF PROOF) be approved for                    
 calendaring at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it              
 was so ordered.
