SENATOR RIEGER moved and asked unanimous consent that  SB 221                 
 (ARREST OF MINORS FOR CONSUMING ALCOHOL) be approved for                      
 calendaring at the Chair's discretion.  Hearing no objection, it              
 was so ordered.
