CHAIRMAN TORGERSON announced SB 326 to be up for consideration.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR WILKEN moved on page 2, line  11, to delete "First" before                                                              
"Regular  Session" and  insert  "Second", and  on  line 12  delete                                                              
"fourth" and insert  "third". There were no objections  and it was                                                              
so ordered.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR WILKEN  moved to  pass CSSB  326(RES) from committee  with                                                              
individual recommendations  and attached  fiscal note.  There were                                                              
no objections and it was so ordered.
