CSHJR 38(FSH) MAGNUSON FISHERY CONSERVATION & MGMT ACT                   
                                                                               
 SENATOR LEMAN announced  CSHJR 38(FSH)  was before the committee for          
 its consideration.  There being no questions or testimony on the              
 legislation, he asked for the pleasure of the committee.                      
                                                                               
 SENATOR HALFORD moved that CSHJR 38(FSH) be passed out of committee           
 with individual recommendations.  Hearing no objection, it was so             
 ordered.
