He stated that this is the second hearing, there is a proposed committee substitute, and the committee received an updated zero fiscal note from the Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development (DCCED). 2:02:49 PM He found no one in the room or online who wished to testify and closed public testimony on SB 81. Section 10, page 5, line 7: AS 10.25.100 changes "if" to "when" at the advice of the revisor. Section 13, page 5, lines 29-31: AS 10.25.175(a) adds "another means of communication that ensures all participating directors can hear each other during the meeting."
